Vinegar Based Preperation With Bell Pepper and Espelette Pepper

Ingredients: alcohol vinegar 8°, 42% red bell pepper pulp, cristal sugar, thickening agent: apple pectin, 0.6% ground Espelette pepper AOC, salt.

Ideal for dressings, marinades and to deglaze roasted meats like duck or chicken breast, beef and lamb chops.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
