Christmas Wine Mix Cinnamon-orange
Ingredients: unrefined cane sugar from Guadeloupe, 10.8% orange peels, 7.4% cinnamon stick, 1.9% cinnamon powder, star anise, natural flavours (0.2% orange, 0.03% cinnamon).
Pour the ingredients in a saucepan with 1L of red wine, leave to cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Filter. Serve warm or chilled during the aperitif.
Store in a dry place.
