Creole Rum Mix
Ingredients: lemongrass, 29.2% lemon peels, 14.6% cinnamon sticks, ginger pieces, mint leaves, bitter orange tree leaves, mace, star aniseed, cloves, cardamom seed.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 70cl of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…).
Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter…
Store in a dry place and away from light.
