Jamaica Rum Mix
Ingredients: lemongrass from Thailand, 13.5% ginger pieces, 6.7% cola nut, tonka bean, mace, bitter orange tree leaves, staranise, liquorice, cardamome seeds.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 70cl of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…).
Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter… Store in a dry place and away from light.
