Guadeloup Rum Mix
Ingredients: 52.3% coconut, 14.2% roasted cocoa beans, orange blossom, cinnamon sticks, coffee beans, bitter orange tree leaves.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 70cl of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…).
Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter…
Store in a dry place and away from light.
