PARADISE RUM MIX
Ingredients: coconut, papaya (papaya, cane sugar,E220 (sulfite)), raspberries (raspberries, sugar, E202, E509, citric acid, sunflower oil, dextrose), rose petals, jasmine flower, bitter orange tree leaves.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 1L of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito...). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter...
Store in a dry place and away from light.
