Ingredients: Demerara sugar, wheat flour (gluten), cane sugar, flavour (vanilla).

Mix for approx. 20 canelés:
Add: 65cl milk, 3 eggs + 3 yolks, 40g butter, a hint of rum.
Pour the mix into a large bowl and add the eggs and the egg yolks. Stir. In a saucepan, heat the milk with the butter. Pour in the large bowl and stir until the dough gets consistent. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 270°c (520°F). Pour in the canelés pan. Bake 5 minutes at 300°c (570 °F) then at 180°c (350°F) and bake one hour.

Store in dry place.

Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, soy, sulfites.
