Ingredients: 72% black balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must concentrate and cooked grape must, colouring agent: caramel (E150d), contains sulfites), red grape concentrate, thickening agent: modified starch, 3% truffle juice (tuber melanosporum, water, salt), 0.3% flavour (black truffle) dextrose, cane sugar.

Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfites, soy.

Delicious with cold meats, pâtés, foie gras, game and cheese.

Can be used in marinades (red meats, game), salad dressings or in stuffing and to deglaze meat or vegetables.
