PPreparation :pour 5 l of white rum with 5 tablespoons of honey and 5 tablespoons or cane sugar syrup into the dispenser and stir with a wooden spoon. Leave to macerate for 1 month before drinking. Drinkplaion or use as a cocktail base ( punch, pina colada, mojito). Perfect for flovoring desserts ( fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flambe ( bananas, shrimps, scallops). After 1 month of maceration, filter.
Ingredients: coconut, 34,4 % papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E223 (sulfite)), raspberry (raspberries, sugar, sunflower oil, E509, citric acid, E202), rose and jasmine petals, 3,4 % bitter orange tree leaves.
Store in a dry palcee and away from light
