Mustard curry coconut chicken

Nothing beats a good chicken curry coconut from Hugo le costaud!


Ingredients (one person):

100-150 g of chicken fillet
Onion
Mustard flavored curry coconut
Coconut milk
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Slice your chicken breast and some onion (quantity to your liking).
In a wok, heat a little olive oil and add the onions. Brown them, stirring well.
Add the sliced chicken and cook over low heat.
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix 2 teaspoons curry coconut mustard with a little coconut milk and then pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
Add salt and pepper.

This recipe is perfect to accompany your vegetables (leeks, carrots ...).
