MADELEINE WITH CHOCOLATE MIX
Ingredients: wheat flour from France (gluten), cane sugar, 17% dark chocolate chips with minimum 50% cocoa (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), sodium bicarbonate, diphosphate disodium, flavour (vanilla).
Mix for about 36 Madeleines:
Add 4 eggs, 180g butter.
Preheat oven to 200 °C (390°F). Pour the mix into a large bowl. Add the eggs to the large bowl and stir. Melt the butter. Add the melted butter and stir. Spoon batter into a buttered madeleine pan. Bake for about 6 minutes.
Store in a dry place.
Possibles traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfites.
