Preparation: pour 40 cl of white rum in the bottle and let it macerate for 48 hours. Shake now and then. Filtrate in another bottle. Pour 15 cl of the ready preparation in the mason jar and enjoy pure with ice and a quarter lime or as a long drink with fruit juices or sparkling water.
