Caribbean Rum Mix
Ingredients: lemongrass, 25.4% cinnamon stick, 21.2% orange and lemon peels, tonka bean, bitter orange tree leaves, star aniseed, cloves, elderflower, cardamom seeds. Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 70cl of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey.
Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito…).
Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter… Store in a dry place and away from light.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, sulfites, soy. .
