Caribbean Rum Mix Gourmet
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 1L of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito...). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter
Ingredients: lemongrass, orange and lemon peels, cinnamon sticks, tonka bean, bitter orange peels, vanilla pod, bitter orange tree leaves, star aniseed, cloves, elderflower, cardamom seeds.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfites, soy.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
