Ingredients: 40.6% coconut, 35.5% pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), lemongrass, cinnamon, bitter orange tree leaves, star anise, cocoa bean. "« Jungle » spiced rum This set contains a spiced rum mix, a ""skull"" glass, a screw-cap and a straw.
Preparation: leave the mix to macerate with 1L of white rum and 2 spoonfuls of cane sugar or honey for 3 weeks. Filter.
Degustation: serve like ti’punch, with ¼ lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup, or in rum cocktails: planteur, mojito, piña colada... Perfect for flavoring desserts: fruit salads, cannelés, babas... 1/ Pour the content of the ""skull"" glass into a large container.
2/ Add 1 L of white rum and 2 spoonfuls of cane sugar or honey and stir. 3/ Leave to macerate for 3 weeks and filter. 4/ Pour about 10 cL of the mix into the ""skull"" glass and serve with 1/4 of lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup or with fruit juice (40 cL). 5/ add the straw and screw the lid. 5/ Enjoy* *with moderation of course! Store in a dry place and away from light.
