PARADISE ISLAND RUM MIX
Ingredients: coconut, papaya (papaya, cane sugar, E220 (sulfite)), raspberries (raspberries, sugar, E202, E509, citric acid, sunflower oil, dextrose), rose petals, jasmine flower, bitter orange tree leaves.
Pour 70 cl rum in the jug and add 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar. Stir and leave the mix to macerate for 1 month. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, piña-colada, mojito…). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter…
Store in a dry place and away from light.
