Pink Elephant Cocktail Mix
Ingredients: unrefined cane sugar from Réunion, pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar, citric acid, sulfur dioxide), banana slices (banana, coconut oil, sugar, honey, flavour), banana powder, grated coconut, organic oat fiber, pink natural colouring agent, natural flavours (strawberry, blueberry), flavour (raspberry).
Preparation: leave the ingredients to macerate 48 hours in 50cL of white rum. Filter. Gourmet tips: add 1L of pineapple juice or enjoy plain with 1/4 lime. Presentation tips: serve with small tropical fruit kebabs.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
