PIRATE RUM MIX
Gourmet Tips : pour 70 cl rum in the jug and add2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Stir and leave the mix to macerate for 1 month. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito...) Perfect for flavouring desserts : fruit salads, cakes, pancakes batter...
Ingredients: lemongrass, roasted cocoa beans, cinnamon sticks, orange tree leaves, orange peels, tonka bean, kola nut, melissa, cardamom seed.
Store in a dry place and away from light.
