Creole Rum Mix
"Ingredients: lemongrass, lemon peels, cinnamon, ginger pieces, mint and bitter orange leaves, mace, star anise, cloves, cardamom.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 1L of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito...). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter...
Store in a dry place and away from light.
