Creole Rum Mix
Ingredients: lemongrass, lemon peels, cinnamon sticks, ginger pieces, mint leaves, bitter orange tree leaves, mace, vanilla pod, star aniseed, cloves, cardamom seed.
Leave the mix to macerate for 1 month in 1L of white rum with 2 soupspoonful of cane sugar or honey. Can be enjoyed plain with 1/4 lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito...). Perfect for flavouring desserts: fruit salads, cakes, pancake batter...
Store in a dry place and away from light.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfites, soy
