Ingredients : short-grain rice from the European Union, cane sugar, 25% caramel with salted butter (glucose syrup, sugar, wholemilk powder, salted butter, water, salt from Guerande, vanilla natural flavour, baking powder : baking soda, emulsifier : sucoesters of fatty acids) 0.1% natural flavour (caramel)
Unwrap the caramels and pour the mix in a saucepan. Add 1l of cold milk. Bring to a boil then cook to a low heat for 40 minutes stirring frequently. Pour the rice-puddind in to a 6 ramekins and leave to cool down. Coking may occur. If so warm milk and stir.
