STRAWBERRY MAGIC CAKE
Ingredients: cane sugar, wheat flour (gluten),0.6 % strawberry natural flavour, flavour (vanilla), colo carmine colouring agent.
Add: 3 eggs, 95g butter, 37.5cl milk
Preparation : preheat oven to 160°c (350°F). Pour the mix into a large bowl. Add the milk, the melted butter,the egg yolks and stir. Beat the egg whites.
Add the egg whites and stir delicatly. Pour the batter in a Pyrex mold 20cm x 20 cm. Bake for 1 hour. Leave to cool down and refrigerate for several hours.
Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, eggs, sulfite, soy.
Store in a cool dry place.
