Preparation: macerate 1 month in 1.4 cL white rum (2 bottles) with 4 tablespoons cane sugar. Filter. Enjoy with 1/4 of lime or in cocktails (punch, pina-colada, mojito). Extra in desserts (fruit salads, cakes, pancakes) and for flaming (bananas, prawns, scallops). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.
