Ingredients: 41% crystal vinegar with 8% acidity, 41% mango pulp, sugar, thickening agent: apple pectin.

Ideal for exotic salad dressings, sauces, marinades and to deglaze duck breast or tiger prawns.Delicious with cold meats, pates and terrines.
